OneWest Bank, is a southern California based bank, who recently went through a re-brand. In the process, we were given the opportunity, to tighten up their style guide, and re-work their home and landing page. Staying within their brand style, and colorful illustrations, we worked to create a story on the homepage that would allow the user to consider OWB to be: friendly, local, and reliable.
The goal for the landing page, while still keeping with their brand, needed to maintain an experience that was functional and made sense for the content—which required less illustration-based storytelling and more informational design, like tables, charts, and data points..
