Sundry is an intelligent API that helps AI coding assistants access and use remote data effectively. It connects large language models (LLMs) to external data, making it easy to turn that information into useful actions for users.
As a Founding Product Designer, I shaped the product’s design strategy and crafted a seamless user experience. I quickly designed a logo, established Sundry’s brand identity, and built a scalable design system. Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers, I ensured alignment across teams to drive the project forward.
Although the design efforts have been completed, engineering work is still ongoing. I’m proud of the foundation we’ve built and the progress we’ve made.

When faced with the growing demand for AI coding assistants to access and utilize remote data effectively, we saw both a challenge and an opportunity. That vision led to the creation of Sundry—an intelligent API designed to bridge the gap between large language models (LLMs) and external data sources, transforming raw information into meaningful actions for users.
The journey to Sundry began with a clear, yet ambitious mission: to develop an intelligent context API that could seamlessly integrate with AI coding assistants. The task was daunting—not only did we need to conceptualize the product, but we also had a tight, three-month timeline to research, design, and develop the API from the ground up.
Our team dove headfirst into intensive research, identifying the core pain points faced by developers and AI systems alike. We discovered that while LLMs excel at processing language, they struggled to effectively interact with dynamic, real-world data. This insight shaped our approach: Sundry wouldn’t just be a conduit for data; it would intelligently manage, contextualize, and optimize that data to enhance the performance of AI assistants.
